Plus, you have to press play for it to play....it is just all embedding...nothing gets transfer into mysite like an orginal....all the youtube logo and player is still there....
Wouldn't my guests and members just go to youtube in this case? I mean if all I did was embed and pay a fee for it also through this video swiper.

I think you may of missed the point a little, VideoSwiper is a MASS EMBEDDING APPLICATION thats what it does embed videos to your website.
So the original player will of course be used.
The idea is so you can mass populate your sites with thousands of videos getting more indexes in the search engines and therefore more traffic.

well the thing is we can embe videos from other sites like youtube and google and have our own logo display so it must be possible.
At present the Joomla community can use a component namely seyret and when you grab videos from sites like youtube or wherever there logos do not display but your own one does instead
So again as asked before can we have it so youtube and other sites logos are not displayed??
This is against the TOS of all video search engines and we cannot provide generic players to hide or mask where the original video is coming from, this will get your website banned if you get caught.

oh ok didnt relaise that so really seyret for joomla is doing illegal stuff or what as one of my sites uses seyret??

Well it really isn't for us to comment on what other applications are doing but it clearly states that the use of masking the video to look like you are hosting it and not giving the original site any credit is against the TOS and these sites have the right to go to your server and make a complaint to have you closed down.
