By using and/or visiting the VideoSwiper Website (collectively, including all Content available through the videoswiper.com domain name, the "VideoSwiper Website", or "Websites"),  you signify your consent to both these terms & conditions  (the "Terms of Service") & the terms & conditions of the VideoSwiper privacy policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 18, as the VideoSwiper Website is not intended for children or minors or any persons under the age of 18.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds of any nature to any of our members, users or partners for any part of the VideoSwiper website, been subscriptions, credits purchased or any other form of purchase made through the VideoSwiper website and its partners. VideoSwiper uses a pay as you swipe therefore you only pay for what you use and would have no reason to request a refund in the first place. This is a stript & uphelp policy that will not be altered under any circumstances.

Affiliates: VideoSwiper offers all members and users the opportunity to refer new members to the website in return for free credit packs. We do not offer cash, cash insentives or otherwise through our referral program. We reserve the right to suspend any account holder found and proven to be using their affiliate link to spam other websites on the Internet. We do not except spamming in any form & you must not spam to gain extra referrals and credits. Your account will be suspended pending investigation and maybe removed alltogether if found you have breached the above terms & conditions.

We will seek immediate removal of the offending site, suspension of the offender's hosting account, criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law, and recovery of the maximum punitive damages permitted by law (currently $150,000 per infringement).
